General conditions of Wondrous Weddings & Events
The general terms and conditions apply to all services that Wondrous Weddings & Events offers and with every approval of a quote.
The price stated in the offer cannot be changed. The price can only be changed if the customer wants an extra service / service from Wondrous Weddings & Events. In no other situation is a price increase or reduction possible.
Payment of the invoices
Invoices must be paid within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. The amount will be transferred to the account number of Wondrous Weddings & Events: BE75 3631 9590 2351 together with a notification that is stated on the invoice.
Wondrous Weddings & Events cannot be held responsible for the services provided by other suppliers or external partners. By this is meant all other services / purchases etc. related to the performance of the services requested by the customer.
Cancellation conditions due to force majeure.
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, death of one of the partners or family in the first degree, health crisis), the amount that has already been paid can be transferred free of charge to a later date. The amount that has already been paid can be used in the form of a voucher within 2 years after the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the customer must inform Wondrous Weddings & Events as soon as possible of the cancellation. This can be done by telephone at 0489 / 42.01.79 or by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Cancellation policy without force majeure
In the event of a cancellation without force majeure, the amount already paid cannot be refunded to the customer. If the customer decides to cancel and new invoices still have to be created by Wondrous Weddings & Events, these will no longer have to be paid by the customer. Invoices that have already been created still have to be paid by the customer.
In case of cancellation without force majeure, the customer must inform Wondrous Weddings & Events as soon as possible of the cancellation. This can be done by telephone at 0489 / 42.01.79 or by mail at email@example.com .
