Ceremony Styling

Investment: 1068 euros incl. VAT - To be paid in 2 installments

Would you like a ceremony that perfectly matches your personality and the images that come to mind in your dreams? But how do you actually get started with this?

With the help of our Ceremony Styling formula we bring your dreams to life. By means of a mood board, mapping your wishes and tailoring it to the location, we ensure that all details fit together seamlessly. We provide the ceremony with a warm and cozy feeling, and create a coherent overall picture that fits perfectly with your vision.

  • Initial interview

  • 2 site visits

  • Follow-up sessions

  • Styling of the ceremony + construction

  • Closely monitoring the styling budget

  • Central point of contact for suppliers and external partners during logistical setup and dismantling of the ceremony

  • Priority on Wondrous Event Design

  • Search suppliers for ceremony styling

  • Designing a mood board

  • Selecting decoration & materials that suit your style, mood board and location

  • Completion of the styling (immediately after the ceremony or day after the wedding)

Wedding styling

With the Styling formula we make your dreams a reality. Based on a mood board, your wishes and the location, we ensure that all details are correct.  We dress up your banquet hall, ceremony, church, ... with a warm, cozy feeling. We create a total picture that fits together perfectly.

Silver Package: Master of Ceremonies + Wedding Styling

Investment: EUR 3790 incl. VAT - To be paid in 3 installments

Don't have time for the full styling or don't know exactly where to start? Maybe you already have an idea of how you want to design the location, ceremony, etc., but do you still need some help to add the finishing touches? We are here to bring your wishes to life.

We also offer coordination on the day itself, so that you can enjoy every moment without any worries. We will guide you in advance, so that everything runs smoothly and you can look forward to your special day with confidence. Our goal is to make your dreams come true, from styling to organization, so you can create unforgettable memories.

We not only coordinate your day, but also provide a perfect picture, styling according to your wishes, and a mood board based on your wishes and the location.

No time to plan your wedding? Not sure where to start? We take everything away and ensure that everything is arranged from A to Z as you wish and without any stress.

Sparkle Package

Customizable to your needs

We understand that every wedding is unique, just like your vision. That's why we offer full customizability of this format. We strive to create an experience that fits you perfectly.

Your choices, your wedding

A-la-carte options: Already have a photographer in mind or don't quite like the style of photography? No problem. You can add or remove specific services to get the perfect combination.

More flowers desired: If you love a floral display, just add more floral decorations to your package. Our florist is ready to bring your vision to life.

 

 

What exactly is included?

  • Diamond Package Wondrous Weddings & Events (A to Z planning + styling, full elaboration honeymoon with Wondrous Travel Experience)

  • Decoration & materials from Wondrous Event Design

  • Flower arrangements 1 ceremony arch

  • 1 bridal bouquet

  • 1 disposable bouquet

  • 4 loose bouquets (for example for guest book, bar, gift table, WC,...)

  • 1 boutonniere

  • 12 vases with flowers for the reception tables

  • 1 ground piece for DJ booth of 1m

  • Flower arrangement 1 welcome sign

  • Floral decoration 1 seating chart

  • 10h photography + introductory coffee and as many videocalls as needed

  • Print credit for album 

  • Photobooth for whole day/evening/night incl. nice props

  • Unlimited prints (photobooth) + layout personal photo strip or plain photo. No advertising on the prints.

  • You will also receive all photos digitally afterwards. Online photo gallery where you and your guests can optimally view and download the photo strips (min. 2 years).

  • Welcome sign 40x60 cm in PVC 5mm, printed on front. Other materials possible at extra cost.

  • Seating chart: PVC 5 mm / size 50x100 cm (2 holes possible at the top if it will be hung).

  • Guestbook: Wood 3 mm / size A4. Engraved on front 30 blank white sheets 200gr OR 20 single sided printed white sheets 200gr

  • Slide box: Wood 35x25x18,3 cm. Engraved on front

  • Design cost for menus (1 version), table numbers, save the date, invitations (up to 3 different dayparts). Price printing on request.
